Problem

The Engineering Student Council wanted mascot-shaped cookie cutters to share school spirit during finals week.

My contribution

I converted the Zippy logo into vector geometry, imported it into SolidWorks, and used the outline to model and print the cutters. The project reused the logo-to-CAD workflow I developed for custom chips.

Fabrication considerations

I applied an epoxy coating as a finishing step and considered cleaning and repeated-use limitations. The project did not establish validated food-contact performance.

Result

Delivered mascot-shaped printed items for the council’s finals-week initiative, applying CAD and fabrication skills to a student-facing request.
